2D/3D Image Analysis

November 17, 2005

Image processing applications are a dime a dozen, what you need is a tool that solves your particular data processing problem easily and every time you use it. Customization of standard methods for your particular needs is something commonly available tools do not provide. We will build you a software tool that does exactly what you want and we can tell you the accuracy and methods we use or you can even suggest your own. Flexibility is key, since not everyone’s data or computers they use are the same.

Custom segmentation methods can isolate distinct tissue regions found in MRI scans of biological specimen, for example, or can be used to identify features in 2D images. Further analysis on found segmented regions can give accurate quantitative data allowing data experts to make accurate decisions based on that analysis.
