Stratovan participates as a commercial consultant to the BRP providing guidance for improving data visualization and analysis for adaptive optics optical   coherence tomography (AO-OCT). Within ophthalmology, AO-OCT image acquisition is used to diagnose and track many retinal and optic nerve head diseases. Recent technological advances have made it possible to acquire ultra-high resolution OCT images. The large size and three-dimensional nature of these require   intelligent data analysis and visualization in order to take advantage of the available information. This results in better diagnosis and treatment for eye diseases.
