Is my credit card will be billed automatically at the renewal of my Checkpoint license? If yes and I don't want to renew, do I have to send a letter or an email would be sufficient?

No. Your credit card is not automatically billed. Checkpoint will alert you when you log into the software that your license is nearing expiration and after. And you should recieve an email or two indicating the same prior to expiration. But ultimately you would need to renew manually via our website to extend your license.
